LinkOurFamily Pty Ltd (“LinkOurFamily”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides a platform designed to help seniors, veterans, and their families coordinate care, stay connected, and manage health and daily living information.
Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or emergency advice. Always seek qualified assistance when required.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are using the Services on behalf of another person (e.g., an elderly family member), you confirm that you have their consent or legal authority to do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
